Time remaining error #4

In test mode, the time remaining will keep printing, and cannot input the answer.

Same underlying timer issue as duplicate.

Cannot recreate the bug, we have specified in the UG and DG that the timer function does not run correctly on environments that do not support ANSI. Our team only has windows and linux available to us.
