It is claimed in User Guide that this application is for data science project source tracing. But there are no data science related features, or it is not designed specifically for data science projects

Our application allows users to keep track of online resources with data science related projects in mind. We experienced how much hassle it is to keep track of online resources when doing data science projects and hence this application has proven to be useful for data science projects. This is particularly true as data science projects tend to be heavily cited as we cross-refer to online resources frequently.
