Lock rarst/wps to version 1.1 #24

Latest rarst/wps version (1.2) requires composer/installers version 1.6 which conflicts with Seravo/seravo-plugin

Ok then. Is this a known issue in seravo-plugin?

Good point, after checking the repository I didn't find any issues for this - I'll do it now.
