inconsistent units #64

I have a bullet point for this somewhere, and I think that I now can handle this using the units package.

From Renato:

In the 'Headers and units' section, and in the Census information subsection there is the following question: "What is your unit for the column indicating the minimum DBH? If not provided, it will be calculated looking at your Diameter column". For TreeCo (and also for DryFlor) this column includes the method, value and unit of the cutoff, which vary across surveys. Sometimes it is DBH>5cm, but some surveys use Height>100cm. I selected 'cm' (the most frequent unit) but this information should ideally be divided into 3 fields (method, value and unit).
