From Renato:

TreeCo, DryFlor and ATDN do not have a Census ID. We have a census date only. Is this really a necessary/mandatory field to return a warning to the user?

TreeCo also does not have a plot name. We have a Site/Plot Code and locality info (country, state, city, locality). Is this really a necessary/mandatory field to return a warning to the user?
