We need to create a METADATA file that explains all the fields of the output the user gets at the end of this process.

The meaning of the fields may vary with the decisions the user made (e.g. he/she selected to get some corrections done or not, etc... not sure what yet) so we may have to write a script that builds the metadata.

This will probably be one of the last steps.
