refactor raw manipulation, setup travis CI #40

This PR will refactor a lot fo the raw_data_manipulation code. Many steps that were previously done in that file will be moved to the reconstruction, namely:

creation of the reconstruction group
- instead reconstruction data will be written to its own file
reconstruction of FADC data into real spectra
removal of "combined" group
general refactoring of a lot of code.

Still WIP.

As usual the PRs on this repo become giant monstrosities.

The actual refactor is finally done (since a few commits anyways). The CI is still not passing, due to a combination of:

shell quoting syntax changed
installation of nlopt fails (check if result of quoting change in shell)
possibly some of the tests themselves are still broken

But we'll merge anyways.
