Add individual event numbers to FADC events

It would be good to have the individual event numbers of FADC events in the reconstructed FADC folder of each run.

It should be fairly easy to implement by doing the following:

• modify https://github.com/Vindaar/TimepixAnalysis/blob/master/Analysis/ingrid/fadc_helpers.nim#L63 to extract the event number from the FADC filename, which is element 0 of the file argument. See https://github.com/Vindaar/TimepixAnalysis/blob/master/Analysis/ingrid/tos_helpers.nim#L516 on how to do that using regex. Hint: use https://nim-lang.org/docs/re.html#=~.t,string,Regex template
• add an eventNumber: int to https://github.com/Vindaar/TimepixAnalysis/blob/master/Analysis/ingrid/ingrid_types.nim#L165 to which said event number is assigned
• add eventNumber: seq[int] to https://github.com/Vindaar/TimepixAnalysis/blob/master/Analysis/ingrid/ingrid_types.nim#L176
• extract said event number in https://github.com/Vindaar/TimepixAnalysis/blob/master/Analysis/ingrid/raw_data_manipulation.nim#L377 and assign to ProcessedFadcData
• add eventNumber dataset in FADC folder in https://github.com/Vindaar/TimepixAnalysis/blob/master/Analysis/ingrid/raw_data_manipulation.nim#L428 analogue to other datasets
• resize and assign new data from ProcessedFadcData given to https://github.com/Vindaar/TimepixAnalysis/blob/master/Analysis/ingrid/raw_data_manipulation.nim#L483

That should in principle be everything. :)
