[Feature request] resolve linear genomes with DTRs #28

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, phables cannot resolve DTRs in linear genomes.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a step to identify linear components with a terminal repeat. Calculate the repeat coverage and resolve the genome with the DTR.
