[Feature request] Reduced format representation of the genomes #41

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the genome output is a bit hard to understand for those who are not familiar with assembly graphs.

Describe the solution you'd like Represent the genomes in a format such as phage genome number \t total length \t contig name:orientation,contig name:orientation,contig name:orientation \n where orientation can be fwd/rev.
