segfault when removing usb bar and QextSerialEnumerator has notifications enabled #157

Which version of QextSerialPort are you using?
git 30cb8d197849903ba8ecac791d9dfe14edee957e

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. m_enumerator.setUpNotifications();
2. insert and remove usb bar (flash disk)
3. segfault at qextserialenumerator_win.cpp:141

::RegQueryValueEx() returned size = 0

Patch attached.
