[FEATURE] Add a loader animation

I wish to add a simple and sleek loader animation before the page fully loads, this will not only improve user experience but also make the website look more professional.

Please assign me this issue under hacktoberfest

We currently do not need it as the website is in early phase it loads pretty fast, but Sure you can make this if it turns out good we will merge.
