I will go ahead and have it where turning the !pvd off will clear the PvD table too until I fix it. Please wait til I am home so I can commit a patch.

Ok, turning off the !pvd with "!pvd off" clears all people in a PvD. It still allows all current PvDs to finish. Therefore it can be turned off at anytime.
