Enable support for SonarQube 4.3+ #3

Please only merge this after a separate version for 4.2 is released: https://github.com/SonarCommunity/sonar-pitest/pull/2

The point is that there are breaking API changes in 4.2 and in 4.3. That means that separate versions should be released for 4.2 and 4.3+

Former version of the plugin, 0.4, is compatible with sonarqube 4.2 Hence I do not really get why you have 2 different PRs?

@alexvictoor Oh, I did not know this. Maybe, the compatibility matrix should be updated to reflect this? Because it advises to use 0.5 for all versions starting from 3.7.

I will try the 0.4 on my 4.3 installation to see if it works.
