Added wiki page with team information as well as section explaining our stack

@Marian-Hristov Perfect! I have made a slight edit on the wiki (see commit). Read Me looks good! From what I remember, the wiki is the one that should have our names and roles, so we could perhaps keep this information in one place only (instead of having it in both the Read Me and the Wiki). But the latter is optional since the Wiki contains the required information.
