Included Frontmatterlinks, fixed deprecated iteratecache #59

I only changed the findOrphanedFiles Function, to include frontmatter links, and update the deprectaed command in there. Unfortunately my formatter did some crazy stuff apparently... I changed no other code, so you can safely ignore the rest.
