Config file doesn't generate #2

I'm using this mod alongside Regions Unexplored in Minecraft Forge 1.20.1 and the config file is not being generating

for server side, it's <server dir>/config/custom_world_generation-config.json. for client side, it's <client dir>/.minecraft/config/custom_world_generation-config.json
