Add scan progress #215

Small change to add progress of the project scan (not the cppcheck progress) to the context bar. For larger projects this can take some time with apparently nothing happening.

Conflicts resolved. This matches my combined copy now. If there are any more problems I'll take another look in case it's order-dependent although I would have expected that to be resolved by git.
