Localization of the program. #286

Hello.

If you plan to localize the program into other languages, please make *.ts files for translation.

Hello! Yes, I should do that. At first I tried to be disciplined and pass all the UI text through tr(), but I probably dropped that habit at some point. I'll look into it.
