Quick view sometimes crashes the program #300

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Be in a folder with big image files (at least a couple of megabytes)
  2. Quickly step through big files back and forth

Wow, a crash, really? Which version do you have, from Releases or from the tip of the repository?
