Skyrim SE uses the same plugins.txt format as Fallout 4 #7

Enabled plugins have a * symbol in front of them, disabled plugins don’t.

I’m not sure if this has been already implemented (looking through the source code suggests that it hasn’t), so I’m making this issue as a reminder.

I'm currently working hard on trying to compile modorganizer-umbrella; I'll put this on the backburner, unless you'd like to do it yourself and make a pull request ;)

I'm going to try to put that together, but probably after I take a crack at compiling umbrella myself. I don't know my way around C++ very well, so frankly it'll be a quick copy of the above commit edited for SSE and its 'dlc'. Edit: I gave up, Visual C++ isn't worth the effort.
