Suggestion: Immunity-Based Prop protection

As the owner of my server, I find it annoying when Admins are able to move MY 
props around. I am the owner! It would be awesome for someone to make a plugin 
that has a privilege that allows them to move people with lower immunity props. 
If you know what I mean, because this probably makes no scene. Just make an 
immunity-based prop protection system.

BTW: I use simple prop protection. In case anyone is wondering.

Falco's Prop Protection I use
BUT I heard there was a custom Prop Protection that is like FPP
But it has intergration with Exsto Evolve ULX and ASSMod
Server Secure (Revival) is later to come
they arnt doing anything else

I use SPP too - it really has some issues, and should somehow work with the 
ranks immunity settings, however Guest and Respected should still not be able 
to touch others props...
