Owner Rank Problem on Dedicated Server #331

Well i have downloaded evolve and put in the Garrys mod addon folder in 
HLserver started up my server and joined it. My rank was quest so i opend the 
console and typed in "ev rank RURA73 owner" but it came up below in red text 
that im not allowed to do that! but FFS im the F****** OWNER!! please some one 
help me!

lol!
1.Open the server console(from you dedicated hoster,like cmd) type in there
2.type rcon_password [password] then type ev rank [name] [rank]

Yesss it workss thanks m8 but the next problem is, is that the guns from CSS 
dont work and when i download a gun pack they show up as red error but when i 
host an listen server everything is fine???

Did you add the files to both your server and your game?
