Actually it dosnt reset (the admin tab) it just shows default settings.
Example: If i have set Pistol ammo as 40$ each, then it shows 0$ but if i
purchase pistol ammo it wil take 40$ from my wallet.

Is that serverside or clientside?
You most likely edited something in the gamemode that made it error. Errors
stop the script for running. It's obvious that the commands were never made.
Look for Lua errors at the start of the server (serverside)/when you join the
server (on your computer)

Im not sure what you mean with serverside or clientside, but my server is
dedicated.

I only get this bug when i "restart" the server from server control panel, when
i changemap ingame it fixes itself. But like 30min after the server have been
running the bug happens again...

A few revisions ago i had the bug on restart in the client console it would show

SetConVar: No such cvar ( microwave_price set to 350), skipping
ConVarRef maxmicrowave doesn't point to an existing ConVar

etc etc

But i have not gotten it recently.

I removed my last comment, I know it's clientside now and I have seen the bug
myself.
This bug is impossible for me to fix completely. It's a garrysmod bug. I've got
an idea of a workaround though.

I Can't remove those errors.
I make them send to the client 10 seconds after they join though. So you see
the errors, but you do get the values of the convars.

Everyone no matter wether it is their first time or not who spawns in my server
spawns as an admin. I have assmod installed. But its not assmod doing it
because they cant use assmod commands. =/
