Continued from issue 40

This is one again the issue of #40: Either cannot change jobs or chat
commands wont register in the presence of any admin mod other than
NewAdmin... I HATE NEWADMIN!!

I completely wiped my hard drive, and did a fresh install of windows along
with a fresh install of gmod. All I have is darkrp and it works fine. When
I intruduce newadmin, it still works but I hate new admin... When I 
delete newadmin and introduce any other admin mod to date, it causes errors
where either chat commands won't work or the f4 menu fails to open. This
has been tested and proven true with several new installs, and 
nearly all admin mods. Has been tested with XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
However, since it's prob more so the fact that the admin mods aren't
compatible with the rapid updates to darkrp... I might as well go into the
lua and fuck with their horrid coding, it will prob work cause last time I
did that (LastWeek) I actually fixed all the problems with the portal gun
and now it can be used without any error or graphical glitch.

if you have any idea what 2 codes are interfering between rp and the admin 
controls,
please msg me here and ill look at that piece of the codes.

I have replied to the other issue, but after checking i know the exact plugin 
in 
ASSmod you need to disable. This is the auto spell checking addon, delete this 
as it 
won't allow you to run DarkRP commands. Goodluck :)

Thanks chuteuk, I'll fix that later, but I seem to have become interested in 
GmodRP because of it's neat 
code so I can add anything, it's perfect usage of derma, and many other 
features... Plus, it works with any 
admin mod.

Please don't talk about GModRP here as this isn't GModRP bug report.

Latest update:
[ADD] Compatability with mods that use PlayerSay(Like the ASS grammar plugin!

So basically it's fixed.
