My suggestion is:

Functions ban.
Some people is abusing of things like demote and buymoneyprinter (to destroy 
bases with fire). Something like ban the demote command for X or ban the 
moneyprinter buying would be nice.

I would have to make a demote command for every chat command. This goes /way/ 
too far and is practically useless.

The combination Garry's mod + any admin mod is already one of the games where 
admins have the most possibilities. In 99% of other games, admins can just kick 
or ban. 

This feature is not worth my time. Sorry.
