FPP Group Tool Restrict doesn't check toolspawns from ADV dupe.

What is the problem?
I have wire_lights & wire_turrets banned for regular users, but if people place 
them on something, adv dupe it, then bring it into the server, it will spawn.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Make a PHX plate, and place a wire_turret on it. Then ADV dupe it. Use group 
tool restrict to block regular users from accessing wire_turret. Become a 
regular user. Attempt to spawn ADV dupe.

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? If you do, which ones?
None.

Are you using the downloaded version or an SVN revision (if SVN, which
revision number)?

I'm not sure if this would be an issue to talk to you or the wiremod people 
about, but I figured you're more likely to look at it.

Group tool restrict restrict tools, not what the tools spawn. It would be very 
hard for me to find out what entities the tools spawn. I mean not even all 
tools shown entities. 

There's a special blacklist for entities. This blacklist also prevents 
duplication. I believe it's in the tool restriction menu.

Yes, but then NOBODY can spawn them. I have things set up for Trusted and 
Respected groups. Unless there is some way to set up the blacklist with groups 
like tool restriction that I'm unaware of?
