Weapons and money can't be picked up #976

I am setting up the latest version of the darkrp and players all the way up to 
super admin are not able to pick up money, only someone set as owner can. The 
objects drop on the ground as normal but the only rank that can pick them up is 
owner. Any suggestions?

It's not even an issue. You didn't install it properly. I don't care, not even

How did I not install it correctly if all you have to do is configure the 
sql,config.lua and throw it into your gamemodes folder.
