The page icon should be updated #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open firefox
2. go http://acm.zju.edu.cn/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The icon on the tab is "cat" which provided by tomcat default. It's better
to update it

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
