Many users usually solve problems in a row (problems from the same
contest), and every time one has just submitted a solution, he is required
to select the page/volume number again to view the following problems.
To make them navigate faster, we shall save the last visited page (volume)
number of the default problem set (e.g. in cookies). So that every time
the user click on the link "Select Problem" in the left navigation bar, he
will be redirected to the last volume he visited.
This feature is only required on the default problem set so far.
