Situation: We want a unit system to decide when to shift workloads

Task: We introduced the term "Power Unit" as a possible measurements, using price/KWh and various other metrics. We need to refine this unit system.

Action:

• Find a suitable team (variable size)
• Rough brainstorming of Power-Unit guidelines

Result:

• Team formed
• Rough idea where they are going
• Ready to define Epic

Definition of Power Unit currently not sufficient. Power Unit should be a value on the hosts, like "lowest cost" for the available host ressources. We might need a bigger discussion about this topic
