Add Nix flake #1

I am tempted to try this but I use NixOS so it's somewhat harder, could a flake be made? One already exists for https://github.com/shezdy/hyprsplit likely could copy a lot of the code

I don't know if I will use rotate though made me laugh definitely reminds me of Wii remote, tilt seems more reasonable lol

A nix flake would probably be a good idea.

I have however never used nix and have no clue about how flakes exactly work, so I would be walking in the dark even if I yanked most of it from hyprsplit. I also couldn't test whether my stuff even worked.

So I think it would be best if an actual nix user would implement that. So any PR would be welcome haha
