Update content in "What is Hacktoberfest" section #25

Description

This year, Hacktoberfest is moving away from the t-shirt rewards. So we need to update the content in the "What is Hacktoberfest" section by removing the swag wordings.

This PR updates the content in "What is Hacktoberfest", the Hacktober links, and fixes words capitalization.
