Remove some of the dependencies on other VIP packages #2

It might be worth splitting out clim-web bits at least so that CLDB can be used without pulling in all the other VIP packages - it should probably stand on its own.

I've removed clim-web. I'm leaving this open because I might try and pull out vip-clim-core. Then the reps will be very minimal. There are some presentation method definitions in this system, but it probably makes more sense for them /not/ to be, as they're a bit specific to our use case.

Thanks. One package I have difficulties finding is CYBERTIGGYR-TIME.

Hmmm - I wonder where it went. I'm sure I got it from quicklisp. I had better have a look...

I have uploaded my copy of it to https://github.com/Virtual-Insurance-Products/cybertiggyr-time

I wonder where I got it from.

I believe cybertiggyr is the moniker of Gene Michael Stover. He used to have a bit of Common Lisp resources over at his site.

So it seems. I found that site. It seems he used to run lisp-p.org as well. As I said in the reddit thread about CLDB - it seems Bill StClair grabbed a copy of cybertiggyr-time at some point too, as he included it in his accounting program.
