[New Feature]: Add maturity rating #5

Steps to reproduce

This is a feature issue.

Expected behaviour

We should actually add the following maturity ratings per agreement in the Second Galaxy Development Team meeting to help increase transparency.

Maturity Ratings
    Adult
    Moderate (Mature)
    PG
    Teen
    Educational
    Business
    Non Profit
    Government

There are probably others we could add as well to help ensure that we cover all legal needs here to.
