[Android] No Fog #30

Fog doesn't appear on android (it can give an disadvantage to windows/linux users)

The fog is missing from the android version for a reason. The engine does not properly support volumetric fog on Android, and as such it looks different. I will likely either remove it from PC or make an alternate fog on Android/Mobile/OpenGL rendering pipelines.
