[Bug]: Resolution locked at 640x480 #187

Describe the bug

The screen switches to 640x480 when the virtual screen is displayed and the real screen is turned off, the resolution cannot be changed.

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

Virtual screen displays at 1920x1080 resolution

I can confirm this issue, it seems as when you disable the virtual monitor and enable it again, it reverts to 640x480.

I suspect this started happening after the latest windows update, for reference, this is the version: image

You can easily replicate this by just enabling/disabling the virtual monitor, I'm using the tool "MultiMonitorTool" for this.

Furthermore, it seems like you aren't able to change the resolution on the virtual monitor, if it's the only one active. This is a problem for me with Sunshine setups, as I dynamically change the virtual monitors resolution to the moonlight's client resolution.
