Added code row to enable admin account #331

Not sure if this was intentional or not, but the example for Media custom bootstrap has a comment on enabling the admin account and the actual code is missing. Added the code.

Feel free to reject the PR if I misunderstood.

Hi @SimonWahlin - good catch! Not sure how I missed that. Can you make a small change somewhere to kick the CI process (it fails periodically on the v4 tests 😢). Thanks, Iain

Hi @iainbrighton Sorry for my late reply. I rebased my fork from your dev to get up to date which hopefully counts as a change since I got a new commit hash. Hope this helps.
