Updates default Windows 10 evaluation media to Windows 10 20H2 (2009)
Adds Windows 10 20H1 (2004) evaluation media
Adds aliases for latest Windows 10 evaluation media avoiding breaking existing VHD/X chains (or in future)
Fixes bug in custom bootstrap injection with Regex substitution string(s), e.g. $&
