Let's add to next data sprint.

We've discussed how to work with this elsewhere but not agreed a solution. Suggest two new boolean flags in schema:

Channel flag: quality_too_poor_for_release Flag on in_register_with edge: registration_too_poor_for_release

I'll use these during OWL writing to filter what is released from the KB.

TBD:

Should flags prevent release of anatomical individuals, channels etc to OWL, or something in between?
Implementation: Need complete list of images with flag for poor quality or poor reg so that can add these to DB (I know you have some of this on other tickets). Suggest we assume lack of flag = False.

Does this seem reasonable?

@mmc46 I'll look at updating the VFB1.5 feedback when we add one to VFB2 and make faster to load.

@dosumis yes though would it be an idea to also add a score (0-100; 100 great, 50 default) field as well as a binary 'public' (covers all uses) tag so we can in future allow image scoring in general and by users.
