Add ontology data version to Releases page #184

You can get it from the fbb-simple.owl file header, either in the date, or in the versionIRI

29:01:2014 11:19/oboInOwl:date or Add the text: "We are currently running the FB2013_04 version of the Flybase chado database and the Drosophila anatomy ontology from the 2014-01-29." Thanks.

Could we replace 'OWL' in the footer for 'FBbt' or 'fbbt-simple'?
