Xie2018 - missing images and dataset record #206

e.g. image

Not just thumbnail missing as image not selectable. Also dataset doesn't show up in search and clicking it does nothing.

This may be partly due to database (KB) issues - investigating.

Missing files during loading: ERROR: No files found containing Figure2_9x3_VMAT02-ADxF-DBD_JFRC2 when processing VFB_00070035 ERROR: No files found containing Figure2_5x10_DDCR61-ADxVMAT05-DBD-2_JFRC2 when processing VFB_00070046

Figure2_9x1_VMAT02-ADxF-DBD_JFRC2-PP_02.nrrd was unused

If we don't have the files anywhere, should probably just set record to is_obsolete: True and add comment: {some text about missing file}

VFB_00070035 is easy as the file is actually Figure2_9x1_VMAT02-ADxF-DBD_JFRC2-PP_02.nrrd

VFB_00070046 made obsolete All images look fine.
