Missing pubs (and stage) on expression reports

Perhaps failure of FlyBase loader?

This is actually true! All the annotations are coming from annotations on neurons expressing this marker from the FlyCircuit dataset, we just need a better way to make this clear! We should be able to make use of edge annotations - on typing statements, which will be visible once we transition to p2 pipeline.
