Re-registration of the point cloud mesh DM5 clone VFB_00020020

Description of the problem

The point cloud of DM5 clone VFB_00020020 is not registered within the brain close to the medulla and anterior ventrolateral protocerebrum: vfb link
I wonder if it can be re-registered? Thanks!

Another example would be the VFB_00020085, here I have plotted the light level data with the JRC2018U mesh, you can see that the data is outside the mesh, hence I suspect the registration is problematic.
