Overplotting in circuit browser on v2-dev

Description of the problem

overlap of edge score and arrow can occur if edge length is too short:

Overlap of edge scores can also occur where edges overlap:

LAL086(AVM09)_L (FlyEM-HB:1541684136) (VFB_jrchjwnt) M_vPNml51_R (FlyEM-HB:2383731281) (VFB_jrchk0y1)
