Consider applying dendritic/axonic synapses filter #4

Current method for obtaining connectivity from neuprint is not suitable for this, CATMAID does have an axon/dendrite split filter but don't know if this is accessible programmatically.

Agree. We need new relations for this:

@mmc46 @jefferis - is this terminology justified given this is inferred from 'synapse flow centrality'? Albert's original paper on this uses the terms "centripetal (towards soma) and centrifugal".
