Store BrainName stack metadata in DB #4

A number of key pieces of information on BrainName JFRC stack domains should be stored in the VFB (LMB) MySQL DB:

  1. The mapping between domain IDs on stacks and ontology terms
  2. Mapping between tree node IDs and ontology terms (& relationship, if any, of these IDs to domain IDs on stack).
  3. Voxel volume for domains (see attached)
  4. X,Y,Z centre co-ordinates for all domains (currently incomplete - what there is lives in the treeContent.json
