CATMAID publication reporting output #1

update CATMAID reporting scripts to include the following info (all by paper) in an output file:

Paper (CATMAID name) Number of neurons (skids) in CATMAID for this paper dataset name in KB- blank if not yet mapped Number of neurons in KB (count of skids) Number of neurons in CATMAID not in KB Number of neurons in KB not in CATMAID - should trigger some kind of alarm (e.g. travis build fail -> email)
