Pipeline 2 review instructions

This document can serve as a starting point.

I would suggest you go through the pipeline step by step and make tickets in the following repos:

• If it is regarding the shape of KB or PDB, make a ticket on the neo2owl plugin. This is everything that vaguely relates to the question of translating between owl and neo4j and back.
• If it is regarding the integration of pre-triplestore pre-processing steps (loading additional data, running the reasoner, manipulating sources in any way), make a ticket here.
• if it is regarding the integration of post-triplestore pre-processing steps, use this tracker.

Remember, let's go for small, but steady steps rather than massive reviews with thousands of problems (which there certainly are!), out of which I will forget to address half. PDB is of course by far the most incomplete of the sub-processes; but work will be needed everywhere.

@dosumis After a painful round 1 (very painful) we are now ready for hopefully smooth sailing in round 2! So the pipeline is yours again for the next tickets! Just spend a few minutes in a free moment and review pdb or whatever you like again. As a starting point, you can try
