issue #26 configs and domain specific data extracted from project #18

Configs and vfb specific data files moved to vfb-pipeline-config. At build time project retrieves related configurations (dev, prod or another) and executes as usual.

@hkir-dev This could be merged into the master and then we should look at moving vfb-pipeline over to it later.
